Sandeep Ahuja, CEO & Co-Founder of Operation ASHA, possesses sharp business acumen. This has helped him in creating a cost-effective supply chain model for delivery to disadvantaged areas/ Bottom of the Pyramid markets. This is being used to treat tuberculosis, other diseases and deliver many services/ products.
He has extensive experience serving as a member of the Board of the Stop TB Partnership from 2009-2012, also served for many years as additional commissioner for the Government of India before founding Operation ASHA. With a M.P.P. from University of Chicago, he earned a Certificate in Health Policy & Administration, was awarded the Harris Fellowship, & was also selected as a McCormick Tribune Community Leadership Fellow in Chicago.
Sandeep is a Member of Advisory Board at GlobeMed, University of Chicago and an External Student Advisor for Dartmouth College. He has delivered lectures at leading universities across the world including University of Chicago, Carnegie Mellon, MIT, Wharton School of Business and Benares Hindu University.
