Rekha Pillai

Ms. Rekha Pillai heads CSR in Castrol India limited. Her focus has been on designing, developing and implementing strategic CSR programmes, strengthening CSR processes, control framework and monitoring mechanism to ensure judicious CSR spend. Her responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight over Castrol’s CSR flagship programmes ‘Castrol Sarathi Mitra’ – programme for holistic development of truck drivers and ‘Castrol Eklavya’ – programme for upskilling of mechanics. She is also deeply involved in community development and employee engagement initiatives of the company.

She is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of corporate experience. Prior to joining Castrol, she has held various finance positions in organisations like Mahindra & Mahindra and Nomura. .
